CRANDON ROCKS: WHAT IS IT?

Celebrating its 54th anniversary in 2023, Crandon International Raceway is kicking off Labor Day weekend and the Polaris Crandon World Championships with a massive concert featuring KISS. The largest off-road race in the world featuring the sport’s best drivers, the Crandon World Championship races are held in the picturesque Northwoods of Wisconsin and is the summer’s most rockin’ party.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

Concert goers coming to Crandon Rocks can purchase admission to either the grass-filled General Admission section or a selection of seats or standing room areas closer to the stage. All Crandon Rocks tickets can only be purchased here. No tickets are available at the race track until the day of the show.

Our lower costs are intended to offer a world-class experience to as many fans as possible, with the option of upgrading to reserved seat and standing sections. In addition, our parking, food, and beverage charges are far less expensive than most of today’s more traditional concert venues.

WHERE THE HELL IS CRANDON?

Good question. Located just two hours northwest of Green Bay in Wisconsin’s scenic Northwoods, Crandon International Raceway is centrally located within the state and accessible to many large cities including Madison, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis?

WHAT IS CRANDON INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY?

Crandon International Raceway is a 400-plus acre, purpose-built facility known by its three generations of fans as “the Big House.” Since holding its first off-road race in 1970, Crandon has been home to a Day weekend tradition for passionate racers and families alike, with sold-out grass camping sites and lots of downhome entertainment all adding up to an unforgettable and timeless “Crandon Experience.”

WHAT BENEFITS DO THE UPGRADED TICKETS PROVIDE?

In addition to the reserved seats in the Gold and Silver Sections, all upgraded ticket holders will be provided a special concert entrance, easy access to bars and restrooms, as well as special food locations.

ARE THERE ID OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?

Crandon Rocks is open to all ages. Guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume any alcoholic beverages, and must have valid, government-issued ID at all times.

HOW DOES GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING WORK?

The gates to our Crandon Rocks General Admission area will open precisely at 7:00pm. Admission to the races starts at 1:00pm. All General Admission concert goers will be served in a first-come, first-served basis. All printed tickets will be scanned at the General Admission entrances in exchange for official Crandon Rocks wristbands.

All General Admission guests will be allowed to place their chairs and small blankets anywhere in the designated GA grounds. Only small, low back chairs are allowed (no taller than 35 inches). No coolers, outside food or beverages are allowed.

Guests may stay until the concert starts or leave for the afternoon to enjoy the Crandon off-road races and hospitality.

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?

DOES A CONCERT TICKET REALLY GET US INTO THE RACES?

Yes! All Crandon Rocks ticket holders can exchange their printed tickets for concert armbands at the VIP and General Admission gates starting at 1:00pm. These armbands will allow concert goers to enjoy exciting racing and amenities at Crandon International Raceway as part of the 54th Polaris Crandon World Championships. This is good for Friday, September 1st ONLY!

DOES OUR CRANDON RACE OR CAMPING TICKET GET US INTO THE CONCERT?

No. All Crandon Rocks admission tickets are separate from Crandon Day and Weekend spectator admission passes, as well as Volunteer, Media or Staff, Grandstand and Camp Crandon passes.

IS ON-SITE CAMPING AVAILABLE?

Sorry, all reserved sites at Camp Crandon are sold out. There are private campgrounds and hotel availability in nearby locations and towns including Rhinelander, Wausau, and Appleton.

WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING OPTIONS AT THE EVENT?

There will be plenty of onsite parking available at just a short walk from the venue, plus two locations with shuttle services. A separate parking fee of just $20.00 will apply to all locations.

WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY?

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

• If the concert is postponed for any reason, event organizers will contact you with the new date and time.

• All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.

• No drones, fireworks or drugs allowed at any time. Guests failing to abide by these policies will result in immediate removal from the Crandon facility without refund.
